Matt et Kristi travaillent ensemble. Kristi a pour mission de répondre aux courriers destinés au Père Noël, quant à Matt, il est postier et c'est lui qui apporte les fameuses lettres. Leur patron, Fuller, n’apprécie pas la jeune femme et demande à Matt de l’espionner pour lui. Le jeune homme s'y colle mais commence à tomber amoureux de la jeune fille à force de passer du temps avec elle. Un jour, Kristi découvre le pot aux roses. Déprimée, elle quitte son travail...
