Ji-hyun et Su-hyun sont soeurs et partagent une existence harmonieuse et paisible. Lorsque Su-hyun perd ses cheveux à la suite d'une chimiothérapie, sa soeur lui offre une magnifique perruque et Su-hyun retrouve beauté et confiance en elle. Cette métamorphose s'accompagne néanmoins d'une série d'événements tragiques et violents.
