The Outlaws
Ce film est basé sur des faits réels, ceux de l'Incident de Heuksapa de 2007, une guerre de territoire entre gangs rivaux. Jang Chen est un nouveau dans le quartier, il vient de Chine et travaille en tant qu'usurier avec deux compères, dans un Chinatown miteux à Séoul. Pour récolter l'argent, ils utilisent des méthodes très brutales, ce qui va vite leur permettre de se faire une place et une réputation. Ma Seok Do est un détective travaillant dans ce même Chinatown. Il essaye de faire respecter la paix dans le quartier, mais l'arrivée du nouveau gang va lui compliquer la tâche. En effet, Jang Chen va vite vouloir prendre du terrain en s'appropriant la plupart des secteurs tenus par d'autres gangs.
