Matt forme avec Anna un couple sans histoire, comme il en existe des milliers à Londres. Mais sa vie bascule le jour où quatre hommes masqués kidnappent sa femme. Les ravisseurs confient alors à Matt un mystérieux paquet et un téléphone portable. Les règles sont simples : il a 24h pour livrer le colis en suivant les instructions du téléphone. S'il échoue, demande de l'aide ou dévie de cette mission, Anna mourra.
