Sand Castle
Au début de la seconde guerre du Golfe en Irak, en 2003, Sand Castle suit un groupe de soldats qui se rendent dans la banlieue de Bakouba pour réparer une station de pompage d’eau endommagée par les bombes américaines. Dans une chaleur étouffante, Matt Ocre, un jeune soldat inexpérimenté, découvre l’horreur dans l’atmosphère de ressentiment et de colère que manifestent les populations locales. C’est dans les rues, les places et les écoles qu’il va prendre conscience du danger et du véritable coût de la guerre.
